Is your student a first generation college student? Do they want a little more money in their account next year to pay for school? Your student invited to attend a free workshop to learn how to apply for an often-overlooked financial aid option here at Missouri State – Foundation Scholarships. To be considered for foundation scholarship money, you have to submit the Foundation Scholarship Application Online – and your student will be shown how to do that during this workshop.
What are my student’s chances of receiving a scholarship?
Last year, 1 out of every 4 applicants received a scholarship. Pretty good odds for filling out an easy online application to see what they qualify for. If the possibility of some extra money isn’t enough to get them to attend the workshop, there will be door prizes and a larger drawing for those students who submit their application.
Encourage your student to SIGN UP today, seats are limited! To sign up, they need to visit: Workshop Sign Up Link and select a date.
The Foundation Scholarship Coordinator, Kelsie Young, will be the guide at each workshop. Other faculty and staff will be present to assist in this process.
