With the cold weather refusing to go away, it can be a real challenge to get yourself to the gym. Personally, I am someone who has an easier time working out when I go with others or schedule time specifically for it. One cool way to plan a workout is to try a BearFit class at the Foster Recreation Center.
There is a class for almost every workout imaginable. Yoga, endurance training, aquatic training, cycling, hip hop-and that’s just to name a few. If you have an area of fitness you would like to focus on, I guarantee there’s a BearFit class for you at your level.
There are three different ways to go to BearFit classes. You can get an unlimited pass for the entire semester for $35, 15 class punch card for $25 or you can pay $2 for each class you go to. BearFit classes are a great way for you to try a workout you’ve never done before and who knows, it may become your new favorite way to workout.
