The temperature is finally starting to climb upward, giving Springfield bright sunlight and warm feelings. The heat brings a lot of good things along with it. It usually means that summer is coming closer and closer and that soon we can soak up the sun during outdoor excursions. Even though we all love the heat so much, it is sometimes hard to find ways to stay cool. One of my favorite solutions is to find delicious treats to make the heat more bearable. I have talked before about wonderful frozen treats like Pineapple Whip and Andy’s Frozen Custard, but I just recently added another location to my list. Located on Campbell (just slightly pass Bass Pro if you are heading from campus) is a cute little house on wheels called Sno Biz.
Sno Biz is a snow cone place with more flavors inside than Willy Wonka himself could ever dream of! The best part is, Sno Biz is super college friendly having prices from $3-$7. And let me tell you, the $3 small is MORE than enough for the average college student. The only thing I would like to see more of at Sno Biz is napkins. Snow cones can be a bit messy, so I would plan on sitting on the nice picnic tables provided by the house instead of trying to drive home with it. However, Sno Biz is yet another treat that could be shared with anyone who loves a cold, delicious treat!
