Turning Technologies has a tool available on its website for updating the firmware on ResponseCard NXTs (and the USB receivers you received in your instructor kits). It’s called Hardware Updater and is available at the following URL:
I am also still available to perform the firmware upgrade and troubleshoot the devices. Just come by my desk in the library between 11:00AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday (through the Fall semester) and 8:30-4:30, MWF and 2:00PM-5:00PM TR (through the Spring semester). The map below show the location of my desk, for your reference.
I want to welcome you to the new Clickers @ Missouri State Blog. The purpose of this blog is to keep students, faculty, and staff informed about the latest news with clickers here on campus.
As you may be aware, the University has used clickers for a number of years now, but switched standards over the summer following a successful pilot program last spring. We have now standardized on the ResponseCard NXT from Turning Technologies.
