35 attended the 1st TCM Alumni Mixer held at Rivals Casual Grill on Nov. 19.  Thank you to all who atttended.   The second mixer will be held Dec. 9 at the Gilloiz at 5:30.  Watch for details.

The Annual KC Builders Association Scholarhip Deadline is December 15th.  These are $3,000 scholarships,  Missouri State typically recieves at least 2 of these.  Applications are available in Glass 200 or online at http://www.buildersassociation.org/Services/Education/education.html

The Annual Construction Career/Roundtable Night will be help Feb 5th in the Plaster Student Union Grand Ballroom.  Sign up sheets were email to all majors, they are also available in Glass 200.  Sign-up sheets need to be submitted by Monday Feb. 2 in Glass 200.

The university announced the acquisition of the former Willow Brook Foods property.  This property will become the home for the Department of Technology and Construction management!  See http://www.news.missouristate.edu/releases/61374.htm for the full press release.  There should also be an article in The Standard on the acquisition.
