It is good to have breaks.  We all need them.  I will be taking a break this week as well.  I hope to read a few books and take some long runs.  I have posted some of the events that will take place in the college in early April on the event tab. 

I had a great meeting with the CNAS Faculty Advisory Committee last week but only four faculty attended.  I would like to hear from more of you so I’m going to plan some “meet me for coffee” sessions in April.  Please bring your ideas or questions.  If I don’t know the answers to your questions I will find them.

President Nietzel and Provost McCarthy have requested the opportunity to meet with us on Tuesday, April 7 at noon in the Meyer Library Auditorium.  They are in fact meeting with each of the colleges regarding the topics of student recruitment, enrollment management and budget.  I urge you to attend this very important all-college meeting.
