During Homecoming 2013, the College of Arts and Letters has invited alumni back to campus to speak to current students, their family, alumni, faculty and staff about how the arts and letters have impacted their lives and how Missouri State University laid the foundation they needed for success.
This year, journalism majors can also find their niche among the COAL Homecoming activities. The panel From Missouri State to the News-Leader: What My Life is Like Now will feature MSU journalism alumni speaking about their experience as journalists in today’s digitally interconnected world. Stephen Herzog, Katie Lamb, Jess Rollins and Kathryn Wall will share their stories with students, alumni, faculty and staff.
The panel will take place on Friday, October 18 at 11:30 a.m. in Plaster Student Union (PSU) Room 314.
