There are four new outstanding business leaders who have joined our College of Business Executive Advisory Council. This group represents a diverse variety of business backgrounds and all are at the top of their respective fields.
They are:
Keith Boatright, human resources director of SRC Holdings Corp in Springfield. Boatright travels extensively to support manufacturing, call centers, food processing, farming and warehousing and manages about 20 human resources professionals. SRC is the oldest employee-owned remanufacturer to original equipment manufacturers in North America. Boatright earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Tennessee at Martin and serves as a board member for the United Way of the Ozarks and is chapter advisor for MSU’s Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
Stephen Moles founded Apex Lithography Services, a services business based in San Jose, Calif., that offers microcircuit inspection services to the top 20 major semiconductor producers. After selling Apex to a British company in 1997, Moles led a group of investors in the acquisition of MicroProbe Inc. in Carlsbad, Calif., which offers services to top-tier semiconductor suppliers worldwide. He served as chief executive officer until 2006, then served as chairman of the board until the company was sold to a private equity group in 2007. Moles has had a long career as an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley and Suzhou, China, and has served as an adjunct faculty member at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar and on two other executive advisory boards including Enactus (formerly SIFE) and Brewer Sciences.
Robin E. Robeson is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Guaranty Bank. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and three years of executive management experience in the technology industry. Robeson has a bachelor of arts Degree in communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Certified Trust and Financial, a professional designation awarded by the Institute of Certified Bankers. She currently serves as an executive board member for City Utilities of Springfield and on the board of the Ozarks Transportation Organization. Robeson is past board president of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Ozarks and Rotary Club of Springfield.
Robert M. Wiley is president and CEO of Bank of the Prairie, in Olathe, Kansas. Wiley has a bachelor of science in finance with an emphasis in banking from Missouri State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Wiley is a past board member of Kansas Bankers Association, is a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce and is active in his church where he has served on the church board as treasurer and chairman of the endowment committee.
Please join us in welcoming this group, who will help guide the college throughout the year and will visit campus twice annually. We look forward to having each new member share their expertise with the COB and thank them for their willingness to serve our students and our college.
