- Should any needs assessments be conducted to determine if new programs should be considered? If so, why? If not, why not?
- Should any program be examined more thoroughly? Is so, which one(s)? Why?
- Have COE programs been supported equally over the past 3 years? (e.g., GAs, per course, faculty lines.)
- What COE efforts over the past 3 years have been undertaken to market programs, increase student enrollments, and promote retention in undergraduate and graduate programs? Which of these have been effective? Why?
- What types of marketing approaches should be considered in an effort to recruit new students?
- What types of diversity recruitment efforts should be undertaken to increase the number of minority students who choose to become educators?
