The Diamond Family in Manchester, Missouri was founded in 1978 by Rocky Haddad, and is now run by Rocky’s three sons. Michael, Anthony and Alex Haddad are all three Missouri State University alums each holding degrees within the College of Business. “It’s such a blessing to work in a family business and it’s such a fun industry,” Michael Haddad says.
These three brothers have embraced technology and creative marketing to take this family owned business to the next level. The Diamond Family has its own iPhone application, “The Vow,” and they have promotions and marketing efforts that attract customers and provide an unforgettable experience. As part of one such marketing effort the brothers encourage couples to “pray for rain,” with the guarantee that if it rains at least one inch at Lambert Airport on a couple’s wedding day they will receive a full refund on the price of their engagement ring. These Bears have taken their Missouri State smarts and are going full speed ahead to make The Diamond Family a premier jewelry destination and a fun, memorable experience for customers.
The Diamond Family is a sponsor at the MarooNation Ball in St. Louis on November 15, 2014. They have donated a diamond valued at $2500.
