In response to inquiries and discussion about the campus ADP diversity component, Human Resources and the Division for Diversity and Inclusion have designated a team of personnel to help supervisors and staff generate goal ideas and field questions about the diversity performance requirement. MSU believes in continuous support for the success of all its employees and the provision of a response team is expected to help ensure effective and relevant ADP diversity goals are developed between supervisors and direct reports.
Members of the Response Team are: Melissa Berry, Juan Meraz, Ed Choate, Lyn McKenzie, Katheryne Staeger-Wilson, Linda Stephens and Paula Wilhelm.

As a reminder, all employees will be evaluated on this new Diversity and Inclusion Objective/Job Duty on their October 2012 – January 2013 annual evaluation. If an ADP planning meeting and document has already been provided to an employee for the coming year, the supervisor should amend it to include at least one Objective/Job Duty in Section One related to Diversity and Inclusion.
