Job Purpose: To provide business intelligence through the use of advanced database and analytical techniques to support marketing, product solutions and sales. To identify and track relevant trends, sales and service opportunities, driving lead generation and improved performance of marketing programs and campaigns. Additionally, to provide support to sales and marketing through promotional material fulfillment and event execution.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing Research
- Mining customer information to discover and analyze key business issues and opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining databases for lead generation and account acquisition activities.
- Performing research on clients, prospects, and competitors to discover trends and provide marketing and product recommendations, enhancements and strategies.
- Developing, designing, implementing, and delivering data analysis reports.
- Scrutinizing data sets and reports to ensure accuracy, validity, and data integrity.
- Preparing informative and well-organized presentations showcasing insights and recommendations supported by data.
- Maintaining industry knowledge via reading, research, and education.
Sales Support
- Developing and producing marketing and sales collateral including but not limited to brochures, sales kits, client appreciation and promotional material.
- Ordering, stocking, and inventorying all promotional material and merchandise while applying cost-effective measures to stay within budget.
- Managing the planning and execution of tradeshows and special events including the development of mailing lists, pre and post-marketing material preparation, registration, on-site logistics and post conference and/or post marketing evaluations.
Perform additional job related duties as assigned or required.

Working Conditions: Duties are performed in an office environment in a professional business setting. Requires the ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer terminal for extended time period.
Relationships: Works closely with departmental teammates. Engaged partner with other lines of business, striving to provide relevant business intelligence.
Eligibility Requirements (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Research or related field and/or equivalent job experience is required. Previous experience in banking or financial services, market research and analysis is highly desired.
Hours: Normal work week is 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. After-hours marketing activity participation as needed.
