This Friday, the MSU Marketing Department hosts its annual advisory board meeting. A fun day of catching up and sharing ideas and information, this group of business professionals and departmental faculty gather to discuss best practices that will ensure students will be prepared to enter the workforce after graduation.
Jeff Madden, a three-year board member, will be in attendance. An MSU Marketing alum, he works at Trozzolo Communications Group as a senior account supervisor, where he oversees marketing strategies for clients. At this Kansas City firm, he provides strategic counsel to ensure creative is “on brand” for companies ranging from Fortune 1000 financial technology groups to non-profit associations.
His favorite experiences at Trozzolo include attending a racing event at Road America to help Sports Car Club of America rebrand. This event featured more than 700 professional and amateur drivers. Another was a television shoot starring Hank, a pink piggy bank, for Missouri Credit Union. Jeff’s job requires him to be quick on his feet but is rewarding as it allows him to work with some amazing people who he calls “smart and deeply passionate.”
