Date: Tuesday, February 23
Time: Noon–4:00 p.m.
Location: Springfield EXPO Center (new location)
This event is open to all majors as well as MSU alumni
The Career Expo is the Career Center’s largest event of the year with more than 160 employers/graduate schools registered to attend. Employers will be recruiting for internships as well as full-time positions.
This year’s Expo features continuous looping shuttle service from campus. Service begins at 11:45 a.m. and runs until 4:15 p.m., with stops at Carrington, Meyer Library, Plaster Student Union, the Expo parking garage, and the front door of the Expo Center. Students can also take the Kentwood shuttle and walk across the street.
Students should dress professionally, bring multiple copies of their resumé, research employers/organizations ahead of time, and be prepared to give a 30-second introduction to recruiters. Career fair preparation workshops are being held in a variety of locations across campus over the next few weeks.
Recruiters appreciate having the opportunity to network with faculty, so faculty are encouraged to attend as well.
