Graduate students from the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program at MSU kicked off the year with a BBQ this past weekend to get to know each other. This fun event was held at Nathaniel Green Park in Springfield and included hamburgers, hotdogs, and a variety of side dishes and desserts brought by each student.
Tarah Trokey who is beginning her second year in the MSAT program organized the event and stated that she really wanted to get all the graduate AT students together so they “would feel like a team…or a wolf pack :)”
The SMAT department is proud to be beginning the second year of this post-professional AT program and thrilled to see the bonds many of the students are forming with each other as they work through their education together.
Welcome back second year MSAT students and WELCOME first year MSAT students; we are glad you are here!
