Support
The Office of Sponsored Research and Programs (OSRP) is a service department committed to increasing the quality and number of grants awarded to Missouri State University faculty and staff by providing the necesary assistance and support needed to engage in research and innovative scholarly pursuits. Our Specialists in OSRP can help you identify a funding source, generate a project budget, edit proposals, develop compliance training and awareness, and organize proposal development teams that will help you connect with partners beyond the University.
OSRP provides assistance to all faculty and staff in seaching for new grant opportunities, developing and submitting competitive grant proposals, initiating new awards, and non-financial administration of grants and contracts.
Every Spring and Fall semester, a “All About Grants” newsletter is provided to the University community to see what new and exciting developments relating to grants and contracts are taking place at Missouri State University.
This assistance includes:
- Expanding your thinking about research and program development.
- Conducting grant writing workshops.
- Registering you for SPIN and SMARTS – access to electronic funding sources.
- Coordinating proposal development teams.
