I like to get all flights information organized before the trip. So I create a table, which includes all flights info. from May 20 to June 2. I leave the E-ticket no. column blank, so you can fill it out yours. Also, I leave the flight from HKG – SGN on May 22 blank, because we need to take different flights. Count down 46 days!!!
E-ticket no | Flight no. | Airport | Depart | Arrive | Total travel time | Travel time | Layover
May 20 | AA3731 | SGF – ORD | 12:47 pm | 2:25 pm | 32 h 48 m | 1 h 38 m | 2 h 35 m

This is a great idea! Thanks for taking the time to make a flight chart like this. I think it will be a lot easier to mentally take in and organize all of the different flights we have to take.

Oh wow this really is a great idea! Thank you for sharing! I will honestly probably send this to my parents with my information filled in so they have it all simplified on one sheet.
