If we have a chance to visit Vung Tau and Chocolate factory there, I would definitely have bánh khọt (Vietnamese mini savory pancakes, made of rice flour, coconut milk, shrimps, etc. It is best to be served warm, wrapped in herbs and lettuce and dunked in fish sauce) at a famous food street in downtown of Vung Tau. I cannot wait to go there to have local food and enjoy sea breeze.
