So, I finally found the clothes I’m going to be wearing in Sri Lanka and the Maldives to cover my knees and shoulders. I went to Old Navy and found a long maxi dress and a light weight shirt. My plan is to wear the maxi dress and tie the light weight shirt at my waist. I tried it on and its actually very cute. I also found a pair of light weight pants that kind of look like joggers, however, they aren’t sweat pant material. Like the shirt I found to go with the maxi dress, the pants are super light weight. I plan on wearing a shirt I already own with this pair of pants. The third option is just a pair of shorts with a sarong wrapped around my legs. I found my sarong at target and it was pretty affordable. I feel so much better after finding appropriate clothing for these two countries. This required style is so different from what I wear on a daily basis that I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find anything I liked. However, I was wrong. I found a lot of options and I feel better prepared.

I’m glad you found some good options! I still really need to go on a little shopping spree before we hop the plane..

Thanks for sharing this! I am a little concerned about the outfits we will need to wear to meet the expectations as well, so I will be making a trip to old navy this week!!
