Things can sometimes get a little overwhelming in IT Services so we are always trying to find ways to keep us organized. A few of us in the office have started using Microsoft OneNote to help us. OneNote is used for organizing the information you gather and allows you to collaborate with others in your organization. It is very similar to using the notebook you carry with you to your meetings and contains sections, pages, and subpage notes, but with the advantage of quickly adding screenshots and clips. Click on the picture below and you will be able to see some features of OneNote and an example of how we use it in our office.
As you can see, it is a very powerful program for keeping track of screenshots and documentation.
