Research is a critical component that makes the William H. Darr College of Agriculture thrive. The college follows the Missouri State University mission in encouraging faculty and students to develop research programs that will contribute to the public good, while enhancing the educational process.
Faculty and students in the College of Agriculture explore areas of interest from each of our disciplines. They study important areas of development in Agricultural Business, Education and Communication, Environmental and Plant Sciences, and Animal Science.
The College of Agriculture utilizes its state-of-the-art facilities across southern Missouri to generate research that applies to U.S. farmers and ranchers. Check out this link to see what our facilities have to offer: http://ag.missouristate.edu/Facilities.htm.
