Textbooks, Equipment, and Software
If you have requested textbooks in an alternative format please make sure to bring a receipt showing proof of purchase and any books we need to scan. You should have received an e-mail from me in the past month with an update on what books we were able to get and which books we will need to scan. If you have any questions contact the ATC.
If you aren’t familiar with the equipment and software options the ATC offers please contact the ATC and/or look at our webpage on equipment and software http://www.missouristate.edu/atc/150711.htm
ATC lab hours
The ATC business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. However, the lab rooms in Meyer Library 201B, 201C, 201F, and 201G are unlocked for your use anytime the library is open. Even if the doors are closed and the lights are off the doors should be unlocked for your use. If you ever find these doors locked please make sure to let us know. Don’t forget the ATC also has a work station in the Cheek and Glass labs.
Printing from lab computers
The ATC lab printer is setup differently than the open labs so that you do not get charged for printing. Because of this it is necessary that you get setup to use our printer. Once you are setup once on a computer you will be able to print with no problems in the future. If you stop-by between 8:00am and 5:00pm we are happy to assist you with this. If you need to print while we are not in the office you can use the steps below to complete this process. You can also ask someone at the helpdesk to assist you. If you have these instructions they should have no problems getting you setup.
Setup steps:
–Go to the start menu
–Type in add a printer in the search box
–Select add a Network, Wireless, Bluetooth printer
–Select The printer I want is not listed
–Select a shared printer by name option
