How can you lose weight on a vegan diet?

A vegan diet means eliminating animal foods. If you eat properly, you can lose weight and avoid nutrient deficiencies.

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, offers some tips and advice to Openfit about practicing a vegan diet.
