Zoë says…Why Walk When You Can SOAR?

October 2, 2017 by Priscilla Childress

If you haven’t heard yet, you should know that it’s that time of the year where the New Student and Family Programs (NSFP) office is on the hunt for talented individuals to be SOAR Leaders for summer 2018. I wanted to reach out to ensure that all individuals get notified on how this selection process works and have the ability to apply. This position is a great opportunity to not only get to work with other Missouri State students and faculty, but also with incoming students and their family members. SOAR provides a unique summer experience combining opportunities with leadership and professional growth as well as being a part of a community throughout the summer. SOAR is definitely a life-changing experience and if you don’t believe me, you should check out our social media (SOAR) where we have testimonials from past leaders. For more detailed information on the job and what it entails, go to www.missouristate.edu/SOARleader and/or attend one of our SOAR Informational sessions being held this month!
