It’s only one month until Fall Commencement, an exciting time for our Missouri State students receiving their degrees. It’s taken hard work and dedication to get to this point! New Student and Family Programs is very proud of our fall graduating class. We know our graduates will continue to learn and grow through their upcoming adventures! There is so much more on the horizon for them.
Fall Commencement is taking place Friday, December 14th, 2018 at John Q. Hammons (JQH). There are two ceremonies, 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Visit the Missouri State website to find out which colleges are graduating at which times.
The university loves seeing graduation pictures, so families and students, be sure to take a lot of pictures and use the hashtag #BearGrads. Also, do not forget to take a picture with #FlatBoomer also!
Becoming a Missouri State University alumni is an honor. As our graduates start this next chapter in their life, there are a variety of ways to give back to the Missouri State. Volunteering timeis a valuable way to give back. Another way to help the university includes making a personal donation to a department, program, or scholarship that is close to your heart. By contributing in this way, Bear Graduates are furthering the importance of education for future generations to come.
