The campus community is the target audience for this promotional Bears in the Know speaker series flyer. The communications plan also included email, web and social notices of the events utilizing the branded content. Missouri State University Foundation Board of Trustees and members receive an annual report each fall during the yearly meeting held prior to Homecoming. The Annual Report received a Gold award from CASE District IV in 2016. The Missouri State Way campaign is targeted at faculty, staff and students each fall. The hospitality leadership postcard addresses the alumni and donor campaign. Alumni and friends returning to campus for Homecoming received information on a number of events and opportunities to win prizes.
