- Build their communication skills.
- Talk through conflict issues.
- Better understand challenging communication and conflict situations they face.
- See things in a new way.
- Brainstorm options for managing a conflict or issue.
- Learn interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Conflict and communication coaching skills are highly desirable to employers and are invaluable to HR professionals, managers, teachers, counselors, social workers, advisers, parents, attorneys, mediators, and many others.
This first-block, 3-credit-hour, blended course includes a full scholarship to attend a 2-day professional conflict and communication coaching training with nationally-known author and trainer Dr. Tricia Jones, CEO of Conflict Coaching Matters, LLC, on February 21-22nd in Springfield MO.
