This course counts toward the Graduate Certificate in Conflict and Dispute Resolution, and may count as an elective in many other programs.
In this interactive online course, explore how to identify, analyze and manage conflict in a wide range of organizations.
- Learn about the types of conflict that occur in organizations, including conflicts that arise related to diversity (race, gender, sex, age, etc.), interpersonal issues, cultural differences, and more.
- Explore methods of conflict management in organizations, including mediation, conflict coaching, and facilitated dialogue.
