Alumna offers exploration of drug development

The seminar will occur virtually 3:35 p.m. March 10.

The chemistry department is excited to announce that alumna Dr. Mary Krause will serve as a guest speaker at the department’s virtual seminar 3:35 p.m. March 10.

Krause is an associate scientific director in the Drug Product Development Department of Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company.

Her presentation will take place over Zoom.

About her research

Krause explores the physical and chemical degradation of protein in biopharmaceuticals.

She serves as a subject matter expert on the metal catalyzed oxidation of proteins.

Krause will offer a presentation titled “High Concentration Formulation Development of Biologic Drug Products” at the seminar.
