The Missouri State University Army ROTC Bear Battalion proudly congratulates COL (P) Troy D. Galloway on his promotion to Brigadier General.  COL (P) Galloway is a 1991 alum of MSU and was the 1,423 Second Lieutenant commissioned from the Military Science department’s program. The promotion of COL (P) Galloway will be thirteen Bear Battalion alums that have attained the rank of General officer.
