LTC Toni M. Rieke is a 1997 graduate of Missouri State University Reserve Officer Training program where she majored in Physical Education and was a member of the MSU DIV I Softball team. LTC Rieke was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Ordnance Corps and entered active duty in 1998. She also holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science in National Security and Strategic Resourcing from National Defense University – The Eisenhower School.
After her commissioning, she served in various assignments within the 1st COSCOM, Fort Bragg, NC. Assignments include HQ Platoon Leader, Automotive Platoon Leader for the 58th Maintenance Company (GS); S-4 for the 4/159th Aviation Maintenance Battalion, Group Budget Officer for the 507th Corps Support Group.
LTC Rieke’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star (1 Oak Leaf Cluster (OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (6 OLC), the Army Accommodation Medal (1 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), National Defense Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Humanitarian Service and the NATO Ribbon. Unit Awards include the Army Superior Unit Award and the Meritorious Unit Award.
