On January 7, 2018, My Missouri State was updated to a new mobile-friendly version. If you’ve been having trouble accessing My Missouri State since the update, you might need to make a few changes to your browser before you can see the new site.
Clear Your Cache and History
The first thing you should do is clear your browser’s history and cache of data. This can prevent the new My Missouri State from loading correctly. You can find instructions on how to clear this data on the Experts Knowledge Base: How to Clear Your Browser’s Cache, Cookies, History, and Other Browsing Data.
Re-Set Your Bookmark
If you have a bookmark saved on your browser for easy access to My Missouri State, you might need to update it. Make sure the bookmark leads to https://my.missouristate.edu/ with no other words or letters after the final forward slash. The link to My Missouri State on the Missouri State website is updated and accurate for the new mobile-friendly version — just click the login button at the top of the page.
