In the past year, Jordan gained hands-on experience as a project engineer with Nabholz. He splits his time collaborating with project managers and superintendent. Allowing Jordan a unique opportunity to learn as much as possible. He plans to pursue the project management side of construction management.
HOW MSU EQUIPPED JORDAN FOR HIS CAREER:
“My time at Missouri State taught me how to learn and adjust. What you learn in college doesn’t always translate exactly to what your company believes. Also, each aspect of every project is unique in its own way, so you are not always going to have the answers. Being able to learn is what makes the difference.”
ADVICE FOR CURRENT STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES:
“DON’T BE AFRAID TO FAIL OR GO OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE. A BIG PART OF YOUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IS IN YOUR OWN HANDS. IF YOU DON’T PUSH YOURSELF, WHO WILL?“
