CNAS All College Meeting & Other Upcoming Events
August 22 – CNAS College Meeting, 3:30-5:00 PM in Carrington 208 (there will be snacks and beverages) President Smart and Provost Jasinski will present important information for the coming year. Then I will share information about CNAS.

Emergency Preparedness Training
Preparing for Emergencies Training – You received information on Friday, Aug 4 about training. It is very informative. It took me approximately one hour to complete all three modules. We are all required to complete this training before the end of September.

Deadline for 2023-2024 Citizen Scholar Award nominations is September 7.

- Shoring and drilling (noise and vibration similar to demolition) continues. Concrete Trucks on JQH Parkway.
- Please refrain from using the emergency exit as a regular entry/exit due to ongoing construction.
- Soil removed from project site. Dump Trucks on JQH Parkway.
- Rock crushing in Lot 18 commences. Expect noise and mild dust.
- Equipment mobilization from JQH Parkway into project site.

- South Side East Entrance Sidewalk Replacement: Please refrain from using the emergency exit as a regular entry/exit due to ongoing construction.
- Continue bringing in sub-base from 18A. Dump Trucks on JQH Parkway.
- Deep pier drilling recommences (noise and vibration like demolition)..
