10/12/24 Power Outage – Blunt Hall and Kemper Halls will have no power during this work.
9/16/24 – 9/20/24: Exterior scaffold at main south entrance to Blunt Hall – entrance will be closed.

- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work in addition – Levels 4 & 5. AHU#2 startup scheduled.
- Gypsum board installation & Finish Level 3. Painting on Level 2.
- Lab Casework Installation commences – Level 1.
- Elevator installation continues (duration-week 5/6)
9/23/24 thru 9/27/24
- Buck Hoist removed from site (Trucks on JQH Parkway)
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work in addition – Levels 4 & 5. Possible Steam Shutdown. Auditorium AHU Shutdown.
- Lab Casework Installation continues – Level 1.
- Elevator installation continues (duration-week 6/6). Scheduled to be operational 9/27/24.
Phase Two Week Lookahead
9/16/24 thru 9/20/24
- Exterior scaffold at main south entrance – entrance will be closed during installation then reopen (duration = one week).
- Demolition of access windows/installation of temporary partitions/access doors.
- Hydronic main start in basement and mechanical rooms.
9/23/24 thru 9/27/24
- Glass pipe removal/replacement.
- Hydronic main continues in basement and mechanical rooms.
