Phase One Three Week Lookahead

10/21/24 to 10/27/24 New Restroom Closure: Level 2 Women’s & Men’s
- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work in addition – Levels 0, 4 & 5.
- Electrical-Power Outage: New transformer installation 10/26/24 – will only affect the new addition.
- Gypsum board installation & Finish Level 4. Painting on Level 1.
- Curtain wall continues. GFRC installation continues. Metal wrap continues.
- Roof installation Level 5 continues. Scheduled to be complete the end of October.
- Lab Casework Installation continues – Level 2.
- Hardscape on north side commences.
Phase Two Three Week Lookahead
10/21/24 thru 10/25/24
- Selective demolition (interior wood framing) – South Side Level 2 & 3.
- Continue demolition of mechanical units – Level 3.
- Hydronic main continues in basement and mechanical rooms. (This work may affect the temperatures in the Pit.)
- Electrical rough-in work continues.
