Missouri State names interim provost
CNAS Faculty and Staff – I know that this all happened very quickly. Know that once the new provost is hired and is able to be on campus I will return to CNAS. That could happen anytime in the next 3-6 months. I have the highest confidence that Jorge will be an awesome Interim Dean for the college. Searches, annual faculty evaluations and so much more will continue as normal this spring. Jorge will be supported by Gale Lininger and Holly Keehner – two expert assistants in the college. By the way – the dean’s office is moving to their new location in the Blunt Hall addition this week. Follow the signs when you enter Blunt Hall if you want to visit the office. Tammy

BLUNT HALL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Phase One – Addition
12/9/24 thru 1/30/2024
Much work remains but the completion date remains the same.
Projected completion data April 1. We will be working with each lab to determine move-in dates between April 1 and June 30, 2025.
Phase Two – Renovations
12/9/24 thru 1/30/2024
The current renovation work on second and third floors will be complete before the end of April of 2025. Renovations on the north side of the first floor will commence this week.
