The art and design department will host resident visiting artist Dale Huffman on Oct. 25-30.

Huffman is an art professor at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has served as a visiting artist across the U.S., as well as internationally in Japan, Denmark, Sweden and Spain.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During Huffman’s Missouri State residency in ceramics, he will work on his wheel-thrown ceramic forms while sharing his knowledge from more than 30 years of working in the ceramics field. He will also engage in advanced student critiques and facilitate informal discussions on contemporary ceramics.
