Under New Business: The COE College Rules and Regulations were discussed. These were approved by faculty in October 2017. After reading through them it was noted that some changes needed to be made. There was a discussion regarding departments sending the names of students nominated for the College Council student rep position by the end of March each year so College Council can elect one, contact them and have them start at the first meeting in September. Pam and Sharon are going to work on asking other colleges for a copy of their Rules and Regulations to look at with everyone and discuss at the January 14th meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:50 pm.
Next meeting: January 14, 2020 | 3:00 – 4:00 pm | Hill 231
