Presented by Lela Panagides, Director of People and Organization Capability at Microsoft.
Ms. Panagides gives her time and talents to various non-profit and governmental organizations which focus on historically excluded groups and empowering girls and women through leadership experiences.
In 20113, Ms. Panagides was selected by the Springfield Business Journal as one of the Most Influential Women. She has lived and worked in six countries and resides in Springfield, Missouri.
