Sandra Miles, Ph.d., Flagler College

Dr. Sandra Miles is the Vice President for Student Affairs and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Flagler College. She has spent the last 15 years serving as a lead and administrator in higher education. Specifically, she has had extensive experience managing crisis, strategic planning, developing leadership programs and working with persons with disabilities. Dr. Miles is the Chair of the NASPA Center for Women Board, a national speaker for Campus Outreach Services, the Immediate Past National Director of the Black Female Development Circle, Inc., and is an active alumnae member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
