New faculty can participate in the Bear Bridge program

The Bear Bridge Mentoring Program for diverse faculty is designed to foster collaboration between junior and senior faculty during the tenure track process. Bear Bridge’s priority is to provide resources and developmental opportunities for the mentees to obtain academic accomplishments as well as career satisfaction while networking with other professional colleagues.
