Friday, May 13, 2016 – Congratulations graduates!  No permits will be required in lots 15, 15A, 20, 25, 35, 37, Bear Park North Garage (43) and Bear Park South Garage (38) for Missouri State University commencements at 10:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 14, 2016, 8:00 p.m. Commencement for Willard High School. No permits will be required in lots 15, 15A, 20, 25, 35, 37, Bear Park North Garage (43) and Bear Park South Garage (38) during this time.
