The FBLA Conference will be held in JQH Arena, Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
This event will impact campus traffic flow on Tuesday, April 10 from approximately 6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from noon to 2:00 p.m.
Most attendees will be traveling to JQH Arena on busses. The busses will drop off at JQH Arena and then most will park off campus. If available, some busses may be parked in the remote lots of 39, 44 and 52. Conference attendees will not be using any other campus parking lots, and those will remain in normal operation. This advisement is to alert you that it may take more time than normal to drive through campus on Tuesday. Shuttles Stops at Wehr, Hammons Student Center and JQH Arena will be closed and re-routed up to Kimbrough and Holland before running regular route into campus from noon to 2:00 p.m.
The map shows the path the busses will be taking for drop off and pick up. Expect areas around JQH Arena and along that path to experience congestion during these times.
