The following is an update of the previous post regarding COVID-19 Receiving-Delivery Procedure, effective Thursday, March 26, 2020-remaining in effect until further notice.
Property Control and Receiving are continuing operations including receiving packages and shipments for the University. With altered University operations we want to make sure departments are aware of options to receive their items, if appropriate within the stay-at-home order guidelines for their respective department.
If you are expecting a package; call 836-5776 with your tracking number to verify it has been received in our warehouse. If we have received your package you can select one of the modified delivery options established to support social distancing.
1. Curbside pick-up: Park in space designated “Receiving Curbside Pick-up” located on the North end of STMA building parking lot directly East of the Dumpsters, 945 E. Grand St, and call 836-5776 to inform us of your arrival. If someone is in the space, park in Lot 4 directly west of the STMA building then call and provide your phone number and wait in your vehicle, we will call you in the order of arrival.
2. Building entrance delivery: Call 836-5776 and coordinate a time for your package to be delivered to an outer door of your building.
