Please be advised that Phelps Street between Boonville Avenue and Robberson Avenue, as well as a portion of Robberson Avenue from Phelps Street north to the East JVIC entry drive, will remain closed until December 31, 2021 to allow for the construction of the JVIC Building 4 addition and to complete the streetscape along Phelps Street.

 

Tampa Street will remain open for access from Jefferson Avenue to Boonville Avenue.
