Facilities Management is offering the opportunity to decline office cleaning for the Spring 2021 semester. Faculty/Staff members who submitted a request for Fall 2020 will need to submit a new request for Spring 2021. As a reminder, the process is as follows:
- Faculty/Staff members may submit a request to decline Custodial service in their individual office for the spring semester
- Custodial Services is notified of the request and places a sticker on the door frame of the office where service has been declined
Faculty/Staff members making this request should be aware of the following:

- The request is for the entire semester
- The request is for all custodial services within the office space. The office occupant will be responsible for maintaining their space including emptying waste and recycling containers
- A sticker will be placed on the office door frame as a visual reminder to Custodial staff that no service is requested in the space. If the sticker is missing, a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted
- If there is an urgent need that requires Custodial attention, a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted
