During the pandemic Facilities Management has received feedback from some staff members stating that they would like to minimize the number of people who enter their individual offices. Staff members may submit a request to decline custodial service in their individual office for the current academic year.

• The request is for the entire academic year, August 1, 2021 – July 31, 2022
• The request is for all Custodial services so the staff member will be responsible for maintaining their space including emptying their waste and recycling containers.
• Custodial Services will be placing a sticker on the office door frame as a visual reminder to Custodial staff that no service is requested in the space.  If the identifier is missing a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted
• If there is an urgent need that requires Custodial attention, a work request should be entered and/or Work Management contacted.
