Lot 24 will be closed for all parking beginning Tuesday, August 16th, 2022 to allow for a sewer trunk line to be relocated. Lot 24 is scheduled to reopen by Monday, August 29th, 2022 dependent upon completion of the sewer construction. Lot 24 and yellow permit holders will be required to park in Lot 22 until Lot 24 reopens. A gate in Lot 22 will be open to allow access from Lot 22 to the current temporary crosswalk. A designated area in Lot 22 will be reserved for Lot 24 blue permits during this period. (See map)

When Lot 24 reopens, the parking east of the Grand Street Underpass construction area will reopen to Lot 24 blue permit parking only until the completion of the Grand Street Underpass project. During this time, all yellow permit holders will need to park in Lot 22, but the gate access to the crosswalk will remain open.
