E-scooters are here and Bird is committed to providing a quality micro-mobility solution for the campus. The MSU community can play an important role in keeping the scooters properly parked. The Bird app is free to install and provides the quickest, easiest means to report a scooter that is out of place. The small triangle at the bottom left of the screen activates the “Community Mode” with clear steps to make a report.
If you do not have access to the app, you can also make a report online at help.bird.co. Simply enter “report” in the search window and follow the prompts. Please provide as much information as possible, including the scooter ID – the five-character code located on the scooter stem as shown in the picture.
